The culinary team at The Bruce prides themselves at not only meeting our customer’s needs, but exceeding them.  We offer full service on-site catering for everything from a light continental breakfast to an elaborate 3 course dinner. Our kitchen manager, Joan Vargas, is certified by the National Restaurant Association and has her Culinary Arts Instructor license.

Our sales staff will work with you to find out your needs and help develop a menu that fits into your budget.  We have a variety of set menu options and Chef is always willing to help accommodate any special needs or requests.

The Bruce does require for all food and beverages to go through our facility due to city, state, health and liquor laws. This does include ALL outside alcohol. We will purchase any special items requested from a licensed purveyor.  There are few exceptions to this rule, one of which is wedding or other specialty cakes.  All of our pricing is based on fair market value.
